THE DIFFERENT FLORIDA LEAGUES

ECNL and ECNL RL are the top Florida based US Club Soccer leagues. The NPL comes under those leagues with Club based promotion/relegation being possible between all three. FYSA and USYS leagues are mainly team based, below is the pathway as provided by both FCL and FYSA. We have chosen to go the Club based league route so that we focus on developing our entire club, not just individual teams.

ECPL - (Boys and Girls Teams - Pre-ECNL RL & Pre-NPL) - The Emerald Coast Premier League (ECPL) is a Club based league built on flexibility and collaboration to make the best matchups on the field. Our Pre-ECNL RL teams use these regional league games to build necessary experience for their advancement to the ECNL-RL and NPL leagues.

NPL - (Boys and Girls Elite Teams - 13U and Older) - The National Premier League (NPL) provides meaningful games, reduces travel and provides a pathway to postseason competition.  Most of Florida’s top soccer clubs participate in NPL, with over 30 boys clubs and 20 girls clubs from across Florida joining in the competition. Top teams have the opportunity to advance to to NPL Playoffs and National Tournaments.

ECNL-RL - (Boys Elite Teams - 13U and Older) - The Elite Club National League - Regional League (ECNL RL)  is the highest level of competitive soccer available in the Florida Panhandle. The league consisted of 18 teams divided into 2 divisions during the 2023-2024 season, with each club having a home and away game with other clubs in their division.  Clubs can be promoted or relegated based on the clubs performance. Top teams have the opportunity to advance to ECNL RL Regional and National Tournaments.  OIder ECNL RL teams will also have the opportunity to attend ECNL RL Showcase events with college coaches from around the country.

ECNL - (Boys and Girls Individual Players 13U and Older) - The Elite Club National League (ECNL) is considered the best youth soccer league available in the US.  Top Tallahassee based players, as determined by the Director of Coaching, are eligible to dual-roster with our parent club's ECNL teams.  Players that are selected are able to travel and play with the clubs ECNL teams for weekends and tournaments when their club team is off, or with special permission from the club director.  Top teams have the opportunity to advance to ECNL Regional and National Tournaments.  OIder ECNL teams will also have the opportunity to attend ECNL Showcase events (Boys/Girls) with college coaches from around the country.
